Color and Accessories Make the Difference

As you probably know, Paula, your faux artist, finished the fireplace last week. It is absolutely gorgeous! The more we live with it, the more beautiful it becomes. The curtains you chose, are the finishing touch on the room, and added the warmth and elegance we were looking for. Your visions for what a room needs, in order to be more than “just very nice”, but stunning, cannot be matched by anyone! Thank you for all your time and creative gifts. I can hardly wait to do the kitchen!

A challenging process made easier
Remodeling is a challenging process that in our experience was made much easier with Linda’s expertise and style.
Early on it became quite apparent that we were going to need a professional to help with the structural details as well as coordinating everything from color schemes, granite, tile, hardware to furniture and accessories.
After talking to several designers we selected Linda Britt Interiors. She understood the contemporary open southwestern feeling we wished to accomplish and in short order had some outstanding suggestions on how to reconfigure our space.
We found her color selection to be quite outstanding and with Linda’s help, our house soon became a wonderful home.

Worked together successfully throughout the last 15 years
Linda Britt of Linda Britt Interior Design, Inc. and I have worked together successfully on many projects throughout the last 15 years. Her design knowledge and experience, organizational skills, and ability to work as a team member are invaluable.
Our projects include both remodeling and new construction with clients living in Tucson as well as clients living out of town during the building and design process.
Some of the recent projects include:
A 2500 sq. ft residence in Northwest Tucson in 2003. The clients, one living in Georgia and one living in Tucson, married and decided to remodel a Tucson home. They were out of town for most of the project and we relied on the phone system and the mail for our communication.
A 5000 sq. ft. residence built in Tucson for clients living in Chicago was finished in 2003. The clients flew in to check progress occasionally. Both Linda and I used e-mail, phones, and Fed Ex to facilitate the completion of the project. Having an interior designer on the job enabled us to make quicker and better decisions while reducing client stress.
My company and I enjoy working with Linda and look forward to continuing success.

Color and Texture Transformed Our Home
When Linda first proposed some of the colors she wanted for us in our home - we were concerned - they just were not color choices we had ever considered. But trusting her was a big part of our commitment - and the results were magnificent. Linda’s use of color and texture transformed our house into an extraordinary home.
Linda asked us extensively about our tastes, likes, and dislikes before developing her plan for decorating our home. She challenged us to explore “new to us” concepts and held our hand through the paint, fabric, and furniture selection - the end result was so far above our expectations - we were very, very pleased.
Linda provided a broad and refined sense of style and taste which allowed us to explore our own creative nature. She literally guided us through a myriad of choices - discouraging some and encouraging others so that the end product was a sum of her and our input - a synthesis into a very harmonious whole.
We were so pleased with Linda’s work. She created the perfect environment for us - far better than we could have done on our own. And she was fun and a real friend throughout the process, we could not have asked for better.
