Business: AKJensen Boutique
Store Reception Area

A newly positioned reception area offers comfortable entry and exit for the store, as well as more storage and display opportunities.

Challenge:

Align the store’s image of “trendy with sophistication, casual yet elegant”, with its interior, by creating an updated, contemporary womens clothing and accessory specialty store, incorporating the clients golden scrolls that have become a hallmark of her store.

Solution:

Conceptual planning provided ideas to update lighting systems and add custom pedestal shelving, improving storage and adding visual interest.

Bright sparkles of color are accented throughout the boutique with vintage and artistic touches.  “Casual yet elegant” golden, hand-painted decorative architectural accents and borders help set this boutique apart from the competition.

We “rolled out the red carpet” in the open floor plan to receive guests in style, and added a glass display case to the reorganized reception area. This space planning allows for adequate traffic flow while inviting guests inside. With trendy but sophisticated seating available, guests can come in and relax, while enjoying this unique space.

What they're saying

As you probably know, Paula, your faux artist, finished the fireplace last week. It is absolutely gorgeous! The more we live with it, the more beautiful it becomes. The curtains you chose, are the finishing touch on the room, and added the warmth and elegance we were looking for. Your visions for what a room needs, in order to be more than "just very nice", but stunning, cannot be matched by anyone! Thank you for all your time and creative gifts. I can hardly wait to do the kitchen!

Fondly
Anne
