This cocktail table is a perfect place for a glass of wine or resting feet. It is a comfortable height, has casters, and thick glass that covers the grillwork adds strength. The Zapotec rug wraps around the table offering a change of texture and becomes the focus of the room.
Changing the Mood of a House for New Owners Challenge:
Updating this home with color, lighting, new flooring, and other details while the client was out of town.
Solution:
Communication is the key to any project and especially necessary when the client is away. We e-mailed, Fed-Ex’d, and telephoned as much information as possible to each other. Sending digital photos in the e-mail kept the client up to date on the job progress. The interior color changed from blue to yellow; lots of lighting was added to brighten space; tile replaced carpet and custom items completed the new look.
