Storing wine requires temperature/humidity control and room for wine bottles. Sometimes it is as easy as finding a little used closet, an already built wine console, carving out space in a wall, or building a room. How much wine do you want to store and where will you be tasting it? What kind of atmosphere do you want to experience?
